The Quito Visitors' Bureau (Corporación Metropolitana de Turismo de Quito) was established in 2001. It is the municipal organisation responsible for promoting tourism to the Ecuadorian capital. Our aim is to make visitors’ time in Quito a memorable, touching and unique experience. We work to attract more tourists from more countries for longer.

The Fondo Mixto de Promoción Turística del Ecuador, is a private-public financed fund which is part of the Ministry of Tourism of Ecuador. The Fondo is responsible for the promotion of tourism both nationally and internationally.
