Overall artistic direction was given by Dominic Hamilton and Paola Escobar of the Quito Visitors’ Bureau – www.quito.com.ec. The inspiration came from meetings to discuss the closing ceremony of Travel Mart Quito 2008, whose artistic direction is led by Pocho Alvarez and Klever Viera.
